Description
Develop powerful shoulder and arm action by allowing the athlete to put the whole body in motion. Shoulders assist in stride length and speed. If the shoulders aren't trained for speed like the lower body than the lower body has to compensate for the upper body's inedequacy. The Power Arms and Shoulders device encourages the athlete to focus on upper body form and functional strength as the shoulders drive through the resistance provided by a SMART Toner. Coach can remain stationary, keeping elastics stretched to apply resistance while athlete executes powerful arm movements. Two 4' SMART Toners are connected to two bicep cuffs. At the other end, the coach can apply resistance by wearing a swivel belt or holding onto straps.
